The roads make it difficult to get there. The beds were very comfortable. A good breakfast spread. Looks run-down, but there is evidence of recent work being done. My impression is this motel was recently purchased and upgrades are being made.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Rolled in around 2 in the morning after a long day of driving. The area is quiet, the staff is respectful and give a good service. Rooms are ok, they have everything you need to crash for the night and the beds are clean and comfortable which is the most important thing for me. They have breakfast from 6 to 9 am but didn't take it. And the surprise was a $50 deposit which is not announced anywhere online. We obliged without a fuss, knowing there's no reason for us not to get it back at checkout the next morning. But I think it should be announced in sites like booking.com or hotels.com before completing a reservation. Overall, it's a good rest stop.

We give five stars to a hotel thst deserve it. We were at Lubbock TX for business and made a reservation. Since the very beginning DJ give us a five stars welcoming. The room was better than some other hotels in Vegas; neat clean, with all the supplies you need good tv and cable. The ample parking and the wonderful breakfast, that fresh waffle was unforgettable. Recomendaciones? No doubt Highly recommend for family it's totally safe, perfect location, no noise VIP service.

I always enjoy my visit there. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is always fresh, hot. The coffee is always good. I recommend people stay at America's Best Value. The rooms are always clean and the house keepers are very friendly and sweet.

I'm giving them 5 stars across the board for the total presentation of the property. It's not a 5 star Marriot, but it's at the top of its class for it's rating. Not a piece of trash to be found outside, property is about 5 acres so that takes some effort. Very well maintained for what it is, roof, parking lot, and exterior, all top top. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and somewhat modern. A bit of chipped paint behind some of the furniture, could use a few more wall outlets for chargers and laptops. Breakfast was so so, no eggs, but decent potatoes and biscuits. You'll need to nuke the sausage for a few minutes to get the grease out. Real orange juice.

The lady at the front desk was awesome, very nice, and even made sure the room she put me in was clean and ready to go. She's the maid and the front desk lady. She deserves a raise. Definitely recommend someone to stay here and will return next time I'm going through lubbock. Prices were reasonable as well. Beds are a little stiff and ac didn't blow very hard but it maintain temperature and felt great in the room. Don't forget to look into some new beds that are a little more comfortable

This stuff is really great and friendly I love it every time we go they help me with the most.. it's always clean and well-kept breakfast is amazing all around the experiences really good if you're looking for somewhere to get away nice and quiet this is it

Its the best. I love it all around. Perfect place to relax in safety and peace. Your vehicle is right by your room so no up and down which can be especially crappy when the elevators don't work! Just worth it staying here I can't list all the things we consider when choosing where to stay but I can say that here must of those are met above expectation. The property is always up kept and clean of all litter. You'll enjoy the stay for sure.
